HB color was on the good old '80s SUZUKI works machine.
In these era, no 500 racer used USD fork.
So I gave a normal style fork to my HB Gamma

Left one is triple tree stem of '89 GSXR400R SP
This is for 41mm fork and span is 190mm, off set is 35m, stem bearing distance is 139 mm, diameter of stem shaft is 22 mm.
Bearing distans is 8mm shorter than Gamma.
This is a stem of SUZUKI Bandit400.
All dementions are same to GSXR except stem bearing distance. This is 147mm.

If you put this on Gamma, you don't have toextend the stemshaft. But shape of GSXRs' top bridge is much beautiful than this, so I use GSXRs'.
Anyway, modification to under bracket is necessary.
Upper one is unmodefied, and under one is modefied.

To addapt the Gammas' main key,cut the key box stem (red line).
And weld aluminium bar then dig a screw hole(red arrow)
Also handle bar holder is cut.
Of course, key ring is cut.
Replace the stem shaft to extended stem shaft.
This photo showing removing stem.

The angle of handle stopper on the under bracket is differ to Gamma.
Therefore you should shave the handle stopper (black painted) thinner and lower.
Light stay is inhibit fork movement.
Cut lower part of red circle and weld it again in opposit direction.
小技その1

こんな板を切り出してやる。アルミだと厚みが必要なので、手近にあった真鍮板で作ってみた。加工も簡単だし錆びないのが吉。

カウルステーのボルトで供締めとなる。
まぁ、こんな様になるわけだ。
これだと燃料計もつかえて、うれしい、うれしい。
