The best water temperature is arounc 100�� for four stroke engines. But two stroke engines need lower temperature. Hhigh temperature is not only breaks engine but slso decrease power. Because in four stroke engine, mixture directly come frome carb to burning room. But in two stroke, mixture come into cranc case then go into burning room. So if when engines temperature get higher, it decreace mixture filling rate. It is the same theory that turbo engine needs intercooler.
You may ask what temperature is the best for two stroke?
In HONDA GP racer NSR500, planed temperature is 60�� and even in the race track, it never exceed 70��.
Usually Gammas' temperature is around 75�`80��, but I want to make it 65��.
